Shipping policy

We send parcel shipments within Germany and the EU countries with DHL Paket shipping service. We also ship to the USA, China, India and Canada. Other countries available on request.
Other shipping service providers are also available on request, e.g. DHL Express, FedEx, Hermes, DPD, UPS.
The shipping costs depend on the destination country and are calculated according to the total weight of the order. The shipping costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process and displayed in the checkout area. All goods in the store can be sent by parcel post.

If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
