Shipping policy
We ship parcel-eligible consignments within Germany
and EU countries via DHL parcel service.
We also deliver to the USA, China, India and Canada.
Additional countries available on request.
Other shipping service providers are available upon customer request,
e.g. DHL Express, FedEx, Hermes, DPD, UPS.
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are calculated based on the total weight of the order. Shipping costs are determined automatically during the ordering process and displayed in the checkout area. All goods in the shop are eligible for parcel shipping.

If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, provided no alternative arrangement has been agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
