Refund policy

Warranty Terms:

The seller (Burak Yildirim, Pfannkuchstraße 5, 76185 Karlsruhe) provides a 14-day functional warranty valid throughout Europe on goods advertised with this warranty promise. The warranty period begins on the invoice date. Should functional issues arise during this period, the seller as warrantor will provide, at its discretion, one of the following remedies:

- free-of-charge repair of the goods, or

- free-of-charge replacement of the goods with an equivalent item (a successor model if the original goods are no longer available).

- full refund of the purchase price

 

To make a warranty claim, please contact the warrantor:

 

Warranty claims are excluded for damage to the goods caused by improper or abusive use, environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.), failure to observe applicable safety precautions, failure to follow the operating instructions, use of force (e.g. impact, shock, dropping), or unauthorized repair attempts.

 

Claiming warranty service requires that the warrantor be given the opportunity to inspect the goods by having them sent in. Care must be taken to use appropriate packaging to prevent damage in transit.

 

If the warranty claim is found to be valid, warranty processing will be carried out freight-free for you. Any shipping costs you have advanced will be reimbursed by the warrantor.
