Refund policy

Warranty conditions:

The seller (Burak Yildirim, Ettlinger Str. 13, 76137 Karlsruhe) grants a 14-day functional guarantee on the goods advertised with the guarantee promise throughout Europe. The period for calculating the guarantee period begins on the invoice date. If functional problems occur during this period, the seller, as guarantor, will provide one of the following services at its discretion within the scope of the guarantee:

- free repair of the goods or

- free replacement of the goods with an equivalent item (including a successor model if the original goods are no longer available).

- Reimbursement of the full purchase price

 

 

Please contact the guarantor in the event of a warranty claim:

 

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods due to misuse or improper handling, environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.), failure to observe any safety precautions, failure to observe the operating instructions, use of force (e.g. impact, shock, fall), unauthorized repair attempts.

 

 

In order to make a claim under the guarantee, the guarantor must be given the opportunity to examine the guarantee claim by sending in the goods. Care must be taken to ensure that damage during transportation is avoided by using appropriate packaging.

 

 

If the warranty claim is justified, the warranty will be processed for you carriage paid. Any shipping costs incurred by you will then be reimbursed by the guarantor.

 

 

Note: Your statutory rights against us arising from the purchase contract concluded with us are in no way restricted by this guarantee promise.
